Papers should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through this website. Papers length should be up to 6 pages.

Terms of Submission

Papers must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by another journal. Papers may be rejected by the editorial office if it is felt that the work was not carried out within an ethical framework. Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the most basic principles of scholarship and cannot be tolerated. ISI Journal allows the author to hold the copyright without restriction.

Peer Review

All papers are subject to double blind peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by an editor by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors. All submitted manuscripts are sent to two anonymous reviewers who evaluate them for originality, validity, novelty, methodology, correct citation of relevant work, and the importance of content and conclusions. When reviews are completed, authors receive referee’s comments and a decision of acceptance, conditional acceptance with minor revisions, revision and resubmission due to the need for major revisions, or nonacceptance.

All articles published in ISI Journal will be distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License(CC-BY). So anyone is allowed to copy, distribute, and transmit the article on condition that the original article and source is correctly cited.
